We dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. After shipping your order, we will email you a tracking number. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot make any changes to the shipping address after your order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided or because the recipient did not pick up the package, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price before issuing a refund.

Orders are shipped directly from one of our domestic warehouses. We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our items, please allow approximately 7-14 days for your order to arrive at your delivery address from our warehouse.

What If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in Transit?

All our orders are shipped with delivery insurance and handling coverage. If your order is held at customs, returned to us, or even lost in transit, we apologize for the inconvenience! The postal service is beyond our control. However, since our packages are insured, we will send you a new package with expedited shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our return policy for more information on when this may apply to shipping situations.

Will I Be Charged Customs Duties and Taxes?

The prices listed on our website are subject to sales tax in Manchester, United Kingdom, meaning that you may need to pay customs duties and taxes when receiving your order in other country. Can I Cancel My Order?

Order Cancellations: You are eligible for a full refund, including shipping and handling, only if you cancel before the order is shipped. We cannot process claims, returns, or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it.
