Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing any reason.

In the case of services, the withdrawal period is thirty days from the day of the contract's conclusion.

In the case of a sales contract, the cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and nominated by you, received or took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were or will be delivered together. If you ordered several items as part of a unified order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period starts when you or the nominated third party, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email). You can use the provided cancellation form template, but it is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g., by email) acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of shipping than the cheapest standard shipping offered by us). The refund will be made immediately and no later than thirty days from the day we received notice of your cancellation. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

In the case of a sales contract, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirty days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the thirty-day period has expired. We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them in a way not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If you requested the services to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay us a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the moment you notify us of your right to withdraw, relative to the total services under the contract.
